Company Profile
Incorporated in 2006, Conte Financial Services Inc. (CFS) is a team
of like-minded professionals working to help clients achieve their
total compensation goals. With specific expertise in employee
benefits and retirement solutions, the combined practical experience
of our professionals, obtained from both insurance companies and
international consulting firms, exceeds 60 years, with clients
ranging from the smallest to the largest employers in Canada,
including the Federal Government. The span of industries includes
corporations to not-for-profit organizations. The foundation of our
expertise encompasses knowledge and comprehension of all areas of
consulting, design, funding, governance, administration, national
and international programs, communications, audits and research.
A central part of the CFS philosophy is to build long term, mutually
beneficial business relationships with all of our clients and
partners supported by professional respect, integrity, honesty and
dedication. We make it top priority to understand our clients and
our partners and their needs through active listening and dialogue.
A testament to this statement is the number of years some of the
clients have been partnering directly with the President, Tony
Conte, which is 26 years.
We strive to provide our clients with the soundest advice reinforced

mutually agreed upon cost.

Bios
Tony Conte, CLU
Tony has over 25 years of experience in all areas of employee group
benefits, special risk and retirement planning. His work experience
consists of 15 years at the London Life Insurance Company where he
became Manager of Employee Benefits and Pension Programs for the
Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec regions and 10 years at Aon
Consulting Inc., a major international Human Capital Resource
consulting firm, where he was a Senior Consultant in the Health and
Benefits practice.
Tony’s professional industry affiliations are the Canadian Pensions
and Benefits Institute (C.P.B.I.) and the Canadian Association of
Insurance and Financial Advisors (C.A.I.F.A.).
As the President, Tony’s primary role at CFS is to ensure clients’
overall complete satisfaction. Responsibilities and management of
major marketing initiatives also rest with Tony.
Vicki McCormick, CEBS
Vicki is fully bilingual and has over 10 years of experience in all
areas of employee group benefits including applicable HR-related
issues and special risk. Her work experience consists of 5 years
with William M. Mercer Limited (now Mercer Human Resources
Consulting), the largest group benefits consulting firm in the
world, where she held the position of Consulting Assistant and 5
years with Aon Consulting Inc., a major international Human Capital
Resource consulting firm, where she was a Consultant in the Health
and Benefits practice. While at Aon Consulting Inc., she also had
internal human resources responsibilities. She joined CFS as a
Principal in 2006.
Vicki’s professional industry affiliations are the Human Resource
Professionals Association of Ontario (H.R.P.A.O.)/Ottawa Human
Resource Professionals Association (O.H.R.P.A.) and the
International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists
(I.S.C.E.B.S.)
Vicki’s accountabilities at CFS include the global management of the
technical work for all of the clients. She is also responsible for
the management of internal human resources at CFS.
Josée Veitch
Josée has over 10 years of experience in office management and
administration of employee group benefits. Her work experience was
obtained while at Aon Consulting Inc., a major international Human
Capital Resource consulting firm, where she held the position of
Manager of Benefits Administration as well as the responsibility for
the overall management of the office. She joined CFS as a Principal
in 2006.
In addition to the complete management of the Benefits
Administration practice, Josée’s responsibilities include the
efficient operations of all business aspects of the entire CFS
organization.
